About Me

As a child, I was assigned chores in the garden and to our (singular) grapevine. This fed a  growing passion for exploring life through the earth and its bounty. I eventually found my self at an Ag/Tech school in upstate NY where my thirst for knowledge got it's first big sip. Here, I built a solid foundation of how the life of plants and people truly intertwine, and have spent my life building upon it.

While my early years were spent digging in the dirt, most of my adult years have been spent honing my skills in hospitality. I truly love being able to host a fine celebration or simply making a small occasion feel grand. My journey through the industry has allowed me to meet people from all over the world, and has fueled the fire for my continuing quest to learn more. Every person I meet is a new story and another chance to enrich my knowledge and share my passion.
